Overview
The game places players in the Terra Formars setting, where humanity's failed Mars colonization has produced hostile evolved creatures and the survivors fight back using enhanced human capabilities. Developed by Nippon Ichi Software, the title was released in Japan in June 2012. The PlayStation 3 release uses a BD-ROM disc and a memory card for saved progress.

Why it matters
As one of the earlier video game adaptations of a Terra Formars property, it documents how the manga and anime franchise crossed into interactive media in the 2010s. Its Japanese 2012 release also sits within a period of active Nippon Ichi Software output on PlayStation 3.

The physical edition
A typical complete Japanese retail copy includes the BD-ROM disc, a cardboard case with cover art, and a paper manual with quick-start and reference information. Contents can vary by regional or special edition, so inspect any listed inclusions before treating the package as complete.
