01
Overview
The player hops a pogo stick across floors of fraction tiles, matching each picture to the target fraction shown at the top of the screen. Correct matches lead to a fraction elevator and the next floor, while wrong tiles can be zapped for points but leave gaps that can drop the character. A floor-layout radar and a time limit keep the session brisk as the player works toward the twentieth floor.
02
Why it matters
It is a clear early example of educational packaging that treats math as arcade-style action rather than a static exercise. The game is one of the better-known Spinnaker Software releases on the ColecoVision, a platform that received only a limited catalog of third-party educational titles.
03
The physical edition
A typical complete copy pairs the cartridge with the original box and instruction manual. Regional editions may differ in box size, labeling, or included paper materials, so the exact edition should be confirmed before purchase.
04
Playing it today
The game runs on original hardware with the standard controller and is also available through widely used ColecoVision emulators. No special setup is required, though the time limit can make a first playthrough feel brisk for new players.
